Easy install; works great March 19, 2010 Jackson R. Ellis (Lexington, SC USA) This mount easily installs in just a few minutes, as long as you have the right tools. I used a stud finder to locate the center of a stud, a drill to predrill the four holes (hint - hold a sheet of printer paper against the wall underneath to catch the dust), and the drill again to drive in the screws. The mount then slips over the mounting bracket and tightens with an included Allen wrench. The unit comes with all the necessary parts (including the LCD adaptor plate that Amazon suggests to buy with it - so don't). It has about a dozen different sizes of screws to fit your TV, including washers to get the length just right. Done in 10 minutes. The mount is perfect. The three rotation points and the tilt/pan swivel of the mount at the TV insure you can position it wherever you want. There's a tension screw to adjust how easy the TV is to tilt/pan. Overall, very satisfied. Lots of spare parts left over; I might eBay the LDC adaptor plate!
Solid mount December 17, 2009 D. Diamant I have had this mount for almost two years. It works as advertised. It is a solid unit and does not feel loose. It looks good and helps to hide wires by having the wires pass through the arms. It is a good looking unit that works. The base screws look weak but they will support your TV without coming loose. The only downside and the reason I didn't give it four stars is that you will probably need to by the adapter plate as the most common mount plate is the one not included. This is the mount plate: [...]
Worth the money November 27, 2009 PAW 3 (Florida) This mount was just what I needed to hang my 23' LCD in the corner. It's true to its description, sturdy and easy to put up.
It will do November 17, 2009 Dustin Flueckiger (Dallas, TX USA) This is a standart mount that is great in concept. The screws that it comes with are extremely poor, but the base unit is worth the buy. I had to buy new hex screws to get them in the stud because the other screws wouldnt take and stripped completely. Great buy but was a bit of a hassle. thanks!
A Good Investment September 13, 2009 E. Gwaltney (San Diego, CA United States) So, I was in tough spot. I had a 23" widescreen monitor taking up most of my desk. On one hand, I wanted something functional, but on the other I didn't have a lot to spend.
After much research, this little gem popped up. I wasn't familiar with the brand, but the price was right. The way it's screwed into a wall means that you *have to* get through a support stud(Not always the most convenient based on your furniture arrangement), but that's a very small complaint.
I can move the arm freely left and right, it stays exactly where I put it every time. Additionally, the connector point to the monitor allows me to rotate the monitor freely up to 360 degrees. Call me a geek, but it's cool to be able to turn my monitor 90 degrees to read comics, etc.
I'll be acquiring a secondary monitor soon, and I definitely plan to purchase another one of these for it.
